COP16 offered the opportunity for a re-energized Micronesia Challenge 2030 to demonstrate to the international community and the Pacific region what it has achieved and its vision for the future. This report demonstrates describes an approach for island organisations with a limited budget to maximise their impact on the world stage through strategic engagement and targeted communications support.
